Silicone foreskin retainer for foreskin restoration. Made from platinum cured dragon skin silicone. Super soft comfortable you can't even tell it's on.  You will need some free skin to be able to use the retainer. If you have forced erection coverage you should be able to wear the retainer while sleeping.
 
 
For proper fitment measure the diameter of your glans when soft.
 
25mm to 30mm get the 25mm
30mm to 35mm get the 30mm
35mm to 40mm get the 35mm

Wash it daily if not more often. use a soap that doesn't have any moisturizer in it. good old fashioned lye soap works great. washing it will help with grip

Basic instructions:
#1 wash your hands and the device. use a soap that doesn't have moisturizer in it like castile or lye soap.
#2 invert the outer cone.
#3 place inner cone on glans.
#4 roll shaft skin onto the inner cone.
#5 push the outer cone down trapping skin in the device.
 

I don't recommend urinating through devices. 
Options to measure yourself for fitment:
Vernier Calipers: these can be found at most tool stores and big box home improvement for like $10-15. 
 
cloth sewing tape: a lot of people probably have these. if you use one don't start at the end start at 1 the end of the tape is not always 0 . Wrap it around to measure circumference and divide by 3.14 to get the diameter.
 
camera: Set your member on a ruler somewhere in the middle so you can see numbers on both sides. hold your camera back as far as you can from the ruler member combo. zoom in close enough so you can read the numbers on both sides. that distance is the diameter
 
All my silicone items are made with dragon skin silicone from smooth-on and it is certified skinsafe.
