any lost packages we'll file a claim with USPS
International shipping
International shipping is calculated by destination and is actual cost.
if you select the lowest service level for shipping it will take 3-6 weeks to arrive.
if you request an address change after you order i'll cancel the order so you can reorder with the correct address(international only customs and insurance)
I can not change the value on the customs forms.
I insure all international shipments. if you do not receive your package by day 40 (just under 6 weeks) we'll file a claim with the insurance (it takes about a week to receive the payout).
I'll refund your original order so you can order again.
