as far i can tell wix has it hard coded to (my.store-emails.com)
I haven't found a way to change this yet.
I have it setup to send a confirmation and a receipt.
The tracking info is sent from the store and shipping software.

your orders and all previous messages are listed in the chat window as long as
use the same email address to order and communicate.
