if you are following some else's directions or ideas of how it should be used and are having issues go back to my directions and follow them first before messaging me about the issues.

if you are having issues with the shipment you can contact usps, ups
international:
if your package is stuck/stalled at your local customs or postal service contact them.
they most likely need info from you or you need to pay import fees or taxes.
if it's lost we can file a claim at 40 days from the ship date.
