did you leave a good email address? i've had a few lately that are "address not found"

as far i can tell wix has it hard coded to (my.store-emails.com)

I haven't found a way to change this yet.

I have it setup to send a confirmation and a receipt.

The tracking info is sent from the store and shipping software.

All messaging will be handled via chat on my website simplifying communication, order and tracking info lookup

your orders and all previous messages are listed in the chat window as long as

use the same email address to order and communicate.

order info and all messages will be attached as long as you use the same name and email.

if you use incognito mode, haven't ordered or contacted me before there will be a prechat form asking for your name and email. fill out your name and email then hit submit, you can skip the message box as it's limited to 80 characters then type your message.

you would be surprised how many people still try to type a long message there.

if you are messaging me about sizing, address updates, etc include that info.
