If you measure the circumference(ie. all the way around) divide that by 3.14 to get diameter. so if you get 110mm (110/3.14=35.03)

Tugger and the CAR-1 sizing you want to select a size 2.5mm+/- of the size you measured for best comfort. I know my tape measure and guide says to go up to the next size. I did that because I had the sizing guide saying 2.5mm+/- they would need a 35mm based on their measurement but they would select the 30mm instead.

If properly sized the Tugger and the CAR-1 will only cover maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the glans (how much it covers is not important, measuring and following the above guide is important) this is normal and it's not necessary for them to cover more as the device and the glans are pushed /pulled away from each other when in use with air or the leg strap.

Retainers you can go a size down from what you measured that'll give you more skin to skin contact. a retainer will cover about 1/2 to 3/4 if you select a size close to your measurement (ie 2.5mm +/-) and of course it'll cover less if you go smaller.

How much the device covers the glans is not important and wasn't part of the design consideration i'm only talking about it as i've had a few people hung up on it.
